Our system books by categories (example: Economy 5 door), so there can be many models and brands for each category. Therefore it is not possible for us to guarantee, that you will get a specific model. If at the moment you receive the car we have availability of the one you want, then we will give it to you. The same thing with fuel; you cannot choose between petrol or diesel. Model, fuel and car colour will depend on the cars available in our office on pick up date.
Yes. You only can make a reservation, if you give the details of your credit card. That way we can gaurantee and secure your booking. We accept only Visa, Master card, and AMEX.
One year driving license minimum experience . Minimum Age: 21 years. "Young Driver" Supplement between 21 and 25 years of 10 € / day. Only "Group A, B,C,C1,CC,CC+,J" can be rented. You can not apply the full risk and the amount of the excess will be blocked on your card.
Only those who have been added as drivers on the signed rental agreement as main or additional driver
No. You are not allowed, not even within islands. You are not covered by our insurance.
Yes, it is possible. When making your reservation, you have the option to contract with full insurance which eliminates the excess. Only valid for people over 25 years.
All you have to do is pick the rental dates and times, the car you want and you will be quoted a price. If you agree with this price, than you can go ahead with the booking.
Deposit 1/4 FULL, which must be paid by the customer according to the following table and the vehicle shall be returned as empty as possible:
Group A and B : 20 € -22 €
Group C and D : 24 € -26 €
Groups E, F, G, H, I, J and K : 30 €
Groups L and M : 33 €
No refunds of any kind. Fares may change without prior notice, depending on the increases / decreases in fuel prices.

Cancellations without penalty must be made with a minimum of 96 hours respect to the start of rent which shall be considered at 08.00 am on the first day. Otherwise the following shall apply:
Between 96 and 72 h be paid 25% of the total agreed price.
Between 72 h and 48 h, 50% will be paid the agreed price.
Between 48 and 24 hours will be paid 75% of the total agreed price.
Less than 24 hours shall be paid 100% of the total agreed price.
Yes. You can pick up the car in front of the arrivals terminal, at the 5th floor letter A/A of the airport parking.
We can deliver your the vehicle to the address of your choice, as long as it is in the ares that we operate. Please indicate the full address of the pick-up/return correctly.
Yes, the coverage of the compulsory Car insurance and liability insurance to ensure damages against third parties are always included in the rental.
